On behalf of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it is my great pleasure and distinct honor to invite you to Baku to participate in the Third Ministerial Meeting of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Agencies of the Member States of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to be held on 27–28 October 2026.
Baku, a city where the timeless heritage of the Great Silk Road – an ancient artery of civilization, trade, and Islamic scholarship – meets the dynamism of the modern age, stands as a proud symbol of dialogue, brotherhood, and shared purpose among nations. Azerbaijan, as a nation deeply connected to its Islamic heritage and values, is honored to serve as the host of this distinguished assembly of the OIC famil.
The upcoming meeting represents a significant milestone in our collective efforts to strengthen international cooperation in the fight against corruption. Building on the achievements of previous ministerial meetings, this gathering will provide an invaluable platform for the exchange of experiences, the discussion of practical challenges, and the identification of effective and coordinated approaches to combating corruption across our member states.
In particular, the discussions will focus on strengthening institutional cooperation, promoting coordinated responses to common challenges, and advancing our shared commitment to the values of transparency, accountability, and justice – values that lie at the very heart of Islamic teachings and the OIC's founding vision of solidarity among Muslim nations.
I look forward to welcoming you to Baku in October 2026 and to engaging in substantive and productive discussions that will strengthen the bonds of cooperation among our nations and advance our shared mission of a more just and corruption-free world.
